   WehavebeenconsistentlyachievedourmanufacturinggoalsandobjectivesinOrderFulfillment,ProcessYield,Productivity,LineAttrition,InventoryControlandQualityAcceptanceRateforthelastcoupleofmonths.WehavenotonlyachievedtheoperationsKPIssetforyear2004,ourworkforceandoverallsetuphavebeengrowingtobemorestable,systematicandorganized.SignificanteffortsandresourcesarealsoinjectedintomoldingandnurturingastrongcorporateculturewithinEurotec.SinceSeptember2004,wehavesuccessfullyorganizedseveralcampaignsandactivitiessuchas5-S,Safety&Health,Environment&Hygiene,KaraokeCompetition,BasketballTournaments,Tug-of-Wargame…etc.Thesemonthly-activitiesandcampaignshaveattractedtremendousresponseandparticipationfromouremployees.Apparently,ourstaffsaredelightedandenthusiasticoftheseinitiativesandlookingforwardtohavemore.Amusicbandgroupandabasketballteamwerealsoformedtocreateacorporateidentity.ItisalsoevidentthatthesuccessoftheseactivitiesinstillstheconfidenceandloyaltyofourstafftowardstheCompany.Staffturnoverhasdroppedfromitshighestpeakat8.2xxxxtothemostrecent3.2xxxx.
