   Thoughwearepleasedwithourselvesofourexcellentperformanceinthepastyear,wemustnotlosesightofwhatwemustdointhiscomingyear.Year2005isgoingtobeapromisingandexcitingyearforallofus.Whilewemightbehopefulandexcitedoverthepromisingfuture,weneedtoremindourselvesconstantlyofthenewchallengesaheadofus.Everyemployeewillbegivengreaterresources,chancesandfairopportunitiestodevelopandgrowwiththecompany.Thestiffmarketcompetitionisexpectedtobefiercerthaneverwiththeincreasedpriceinrawmaterials,laborandlogisticscosts.Tostaycompetitiveandsurviveinthismarketplace,wemustkeepouroperatingcostlowwithhigherproductivityandefficiency.
