todothat,iproposeamerica''shopescholarship,basedongeorgia''spioneeringprogram:twoyearsofa$1,500taxcreditforcollegetuition,enoughtopayforthetypicalcommunitycollege.ialsoproposeataxdeductionofupto$10,000ayearforalltuitionafterhighschool;anexpandedirayoucanwithdrawfromtaxfreeforeducatioandthelargestincreaseinpellgrantscholarshiin20years.(alause.)now,thisplanwillgivemostfamiliestheabilitytopaynotaxesonmoneytheysaveforcollegetuition.iaskyoutopait--andgiveeveryamericanwhoworkshardthechancetogotocollege.
