ate the proper development of the overseas study market;2) to provide a platform to all parties providing the latest, most authoritative and directmfom1lation about studying abroad ;3) to introduce the best foreign education to our students in order to meet the needs of continuing our road of modernization; 4) to strengthen bilateral exchange in order to facilitate to understand the differences among foreign countries, education systems; 5) to bridge the gap between legal agents and overseas higher education institutions; 6) to crystallize the spirit of government policies by promulgating official foreign higher education institutions through official website of Ministry of Education for supervision and management for foreign education institutions: www.jsj.edu.cn and our website : www.cscse.edu.cn; 7) to create opportunities to make the government's policies public in response to the opening up of our county.
   Thanks to the tremendous effort put by every party, near 350 institutions from 20 plus counties and regions will take part in the 11st CIEET. They will present the education systems, programs and relevant details at various exhibition venues. Besides, representatives of 40 sino-foreign institutions and 80 legal agents will also participate in the event.
   Returning students have been making immense contribution to the economic development, reform and open-up of China. They demonstrate their talents in various fields such as politics, economics, technology, education, culture, and national defense etc. I sincerely hope the 10th CIEET helps our students to pave their own ways of furthering their study abroad. I also invite all the students to return home upon complete of their overseas study in order to get involved to the modernization of our home country.
