histoppriorityissecuringbaghdad,socoalitionandiraqiforceshavelaunchedoperationtogetherforward,ajointefforttorestoresecurityandtheruleoflawtohigh-riskareasofthecity.tohelptheprimeministerimprovesecurity,wewillcontinueembeddingcoalitiontraitionteamsiniraqiarmyandpoliceunits,andwewillhelpthenewiraqiministersofdefeeandinteriorimprovetheircommandandcontrol,rootoutcorruption,andinvestigateandpunishhumanrightsviolatio.wewillalsosuorttheprimeministerasheworkstoreininillegalmilitias,buildajudicialsystemthatwillprovideequaljusticetoall,andpromotereconciliationamongtheiraqipeople.
